"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), ..."

"Leider doch einige sichtbare Mängel: Lavabo mit Riss, Lavaboschrank fällt fast auseinander, Schrauben fehlen, Bade-Fugen und Tür-Dichtungen kaputt, nur mobiles Klimagerät vorhanden (reicht aber nicht für ganzes Appartment), Wasserkocher und Duschbrause unappetitlich gelb-orange verfärbt, Türzarge ..."
