"Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you."

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio.
