"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"Great hotel for the price. The furniture shows signs of wear. However, the room was immaculate. They are currently remodeling, so there might be some construction noise. I did not hear anything. "

"Very clean and nice. What I didn’t like was the so called quiet time where my husband and wanted to get out the room for a bit so we went to game area (lobby) because it was raining and was told we couldn’t sit and play a board game or shoot pool. Because it was quiet time. As 54 years old we know how to enjoy ourselves in a lobby without being loud. "
