"Very nice facility located next to archaeology dig for the forum from Roman times. The lady didn’t speak enough English to reserve my car parking that I asked about twice. She tried to blame it on Expedia but is a crappy liar. However overall this was a great facility within easy walking of everything to see in Cartagena. It is easier to find on foot, gps was off."

"El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. "This is a spacious family apartment with a good sized kitchen. Jose was very helpful and prompt on arrival. It would be ideal for a family holiday. Although it is basic, everything worked ok and plenty of hot water. The Kitchen was very well equipped and the gas hob worked although the oven looked unusable? There is a nice rear courtyard with a washing machine. Everything was clean and tidy . The main issue was Los Nietos is VERY quiet and most of the bars and restaurants on trip advisor were...
