"Front desk at check-in and check-out were great. Only thing wrong with our room was that the TV remote did not work."

"We came in late. But the lady at frontdesk was still available for us to checkin. The rooms were good. Beds comfortable. no issues faced. pet friendly rooms are only available on exterior area of the hotel. no big deal. the hot tub etc was shut down by 8PM, so couldn't avail. i wish it was available as we were very tired after a long journey and it would have certainly helped"
