Wunderbare Ferien erlebt / Vacanze meravigliose!
Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio in casa. Tutto era pulito ed esattamente come descritto. Il piccolo giardino è stato molto pratico per noi e per i due cani che ci accompagnavano. Piacevole anche la vicinanza alla spiaggia, al centro e al mercato settimanale. Ci è piaciuto anche sfruttare le opportunità di shopping nelle vicinanze. Torneremo! Wir haben uns im Häuschen sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Der kleine Garten war für uns und die zwei Hunde die uns begleitet haben, sehr praktisch. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum und zum Wochenmarkt war auch angenehm. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe haben wir auch gerne genutzt. Wir kommen wieder!

Una casa a misura di vacanza
Esperienza molto positiva, la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, con la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo stati benissimo. Il mare si raggiunge facilmente a piedi appena 100m. Il giardino è la chicca della casa, soprattutto se possiede animali. Il punto è startegico sia per il centro di Marina (raggiungibile a piedi) sia per spostarsi dalla Toscana alla Liguria.La proprietaria, persona disponibile e gentilissima ad ogni richiesta quindi per me consigliata!

Great place to discover Tuscany with dog
Garden completely closed off which is perfect with a dog. Very basic home and facilities but it's got everything you need, except WiFi. Very friendly owners. Marina di Carrara the town itself had more to offer then expected.

Schönes Häuschen mit Garten für 2
Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber hat alles was man benötigt. Wir waren zu 2. mit Hund. Dafür war die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall ausreichend und super dafür der Garten mit Zaun. Giuliana war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auch nette Hinweise und Tipps gegeben.

Wir waren bereits 2021 bei Giuliana. Auch diesmal waren wir sehr zzufrieden. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen. Für 3 Personen ist es meiner Meinung nach doch etwas klein. Wer gerne Badeurlaub macht ist hier genau richtig. Es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Es ist die dritte Seitenstraße vor der Promenade. Also zu Fuß opitmal zu bewälten. Da Bäcker, Metzger, Obsthändler sowie kleinere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen so kann das Auto auch mal ein paar Tage stehen bleiben. Es gibt auch zwei größere Supermärkte, da muss man jedoch 2 bis 3 Kilomter fahren. Wir hatten auch das Pech, dass Straßenarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, aber dies passiert bei uns in Deutschland auch. Wir fanden jedoch immer einen Parkplatz. Zum Entladen der Getränke etc. fährt man einfach vor die Einfahrt und lädt alles aus und sucht sich anschließend einen Parkplatz. Wir kommen 2024 wieder!!!!

Leider Sterneabzug wegen Parksituation und fehlender Klimaanlage
Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war auch bei Fragen immer eine Ansprechpartnerin und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war i.O., das Haus sauber, nur die Gartenmöbel dürften gern erneuert werden. Leider gebe ich 2 Sterne Abzug wegen der Parksituation und fehlender Klimaanlage. Selbst wenn die Baustelle vor dem Haus beendet ist, gibt es kaum ausreichend Parkplätze. Man muss manchmal bis zu 10 min von Straße zu Straße fahren, um sein Auto einigermaßen sicher zu parken und dann voll bepackt, bei brütender Hitze noch nen 1/2 km bis zum Haus laufen. Die anhaltende Hitze hat das Häuschen dann auch so weit aufgeheizt, dass wir fast 30' C in der Nacht im Haus hatten. Und durch die fehlende Klima mussten wir die Fenster aufreißen, was dazu führte daß es von Moskitos gewimmelt hat. Auch hat der Standlüfter dann wenig Abkühlung gebracht. In diesen Breitengraden gehört eine Klimaanlage im Sommer m.E. einfach dazu. Die Lage zum Strand war jedoch super und auch einige, kleine Geschäfte waren gut zu erreichen.

Das kleine Haus mit eingezäunter kleiner Rasenfläche war ideal für meinen Hund + mich. Ausstattung ausreichend, Umgebung ruhig, zu Fuß nahe bei einem Pinienwald + dem langen Sandstrand mit herrlichem Blick auf die Hügel der etwas nördlich gelegenen Riviera-Badeorte. Reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin sehr liebenswürdig + hilfsbereit mit umgehender Reaktion auf Fragen + Anliegen.

Appartamento grazioso, proprietaria molto gentile accogliente e disponibile, per chi come noi viaggia con i cani il giardino recintato è una grande comodità, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, ottima la pulizia e la zona è a due passi dal mare. Se devo proprio trovare un difetto la mancanza della televisione in camera, per il resto tutto assolutamente perfetto!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è graziosa e comoda. La posizione è ottimale perché vicina sia al mare sia al centro. Unico consiglio è mettere delle zanzariere visto le zanzare e gli insetti presenti nel giardino.
