This resort condo has two full bedroom suites and two full bathrooms and looks over the lovely greens of the Polo Fields and the Ocean beyond!

This is a lovely setting where you can watch the champion polo field games from your private balcony. The Prancing Pony is understated!

Walk to the beach! Located at Padero Lane where you will find fun shops and yummy restaurants. Surrounded by the small beach towns of Carpinteria and Summerland, or its only 15 minutes north to Santa Barbara. This central location offers the best of both worlds.
