I’ve stayed at Caesar’s palace before and I must say I was a little disappointed this time around. I booked a king room on the Octavious tower but at check in they told me that they have “upgraded” my stay to a room at the palace tower instead… bigger and with a room. The palace tower is far from the entrance, is probably a 15 minutes walk inside the casino to get to that tower. The room had 2 full beds, not very comfortable, the view was to the parking lot and the room was old and worn out. At check out the tried to charge me $533 for minibar that I never took… they notice and fixed it, but I had to do a 20 minute line just to get it resolved.. not my best time there and I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The property had great decor and facilities and was very quiet. We only saw one other couple when we were there. Unfortunately, the breakfast lounge was only open one day when we were there at 8:30. The room itself could do with extra hangers for towels in the bathroom, as there was only one hook. And there was also no storage for clothes, other than three hangers in the closet Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.

The surrounding area was noisy and dirty with construction which was not the towers fault. I love the towers but haven’t been here in a few years and can’t help notice how outdated it is. Definitely needs a renovation to keep up with the strip! Other than that having the kitchenette is very convenient.
