"A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location."

"This oceanfront condo was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sunrise over the water every morning was pure amazing. The balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the stunning views. We loved the direct beach access and the sound of the waves crashing” The panoramic ocean views were incredible, especially at sunset. We loved being able to just step out onto the sand right from condo."

"The location is outstanding, next to anything you may need. Condition of apartment is superb. Excellently kept. Next to large hotels with casinos, great restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. Anything needed for beach or shopping is in the apartment. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was I had issues with parking there was a car were I was to park and they didn’t offer a different spot i literally had to tell the host I would not stay if he didn’t accommodate me. "

"Want to start by saying excellent location. More communication needed by host. I had to initiate contact to get information about checking in parking but host did respond. I arrived late due to flight and was not aware of a gate on door that seemed to have a key lock. I had a code so that was not expected. Could of communicated clearly about that especially when guests are arriving to new premises. Apartment clean and secure , could use a modern update. Especially some of the ceiling fans do not...

"Great stay with 3 friends on first time trip to Puerto Rico. Super convenient apartment with great beach views right in the beach. Just was very nice communicative and easy and flexible in check. All you could need for beach provided and other things you would want for a 5 day stay. Look forward to staying again!"

"We were there for four nights as a couple. Location is great and you can get to pretty much anywhere you need to go easily with Uber. The condo is as described with beach access easily available. Everything worked great and Cecilia was wonderful to communicate with. We highly recommend and hope to return someday."
