Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Very rude people

Very rude when on the phone. Was worried about towel’s getting dirty. Every time we left we would come back someone was there doing something outside in the shed or around the home. Twice a day for the entire week. Thursday we left and when we got back someone was there like always but this time he said they are expecting high winds so he locked up all the patio cushions. This was at 3pm and the storm was to happen overnight. Did not get much of a storm but never did get the cushion back and we left 3 days later. Overall seemed we were being watched the whole time and snooping around every time we left. The home was nice but very rude and even hung up on me once.

Not Luxury, But Super Cute!

The home was great for our purposes. I would pick up hand soap and make sure you have any toiletries you may need because they only provided Dawn and a little bit of laundry detergent. Easy walk to the beach!

Hosts Unreasonable

I really wanted to leave a positive review because our trip went well until we returned home. Be prepared for the host to keep money from your security deposit over minor things. During the check in process the hosts stressed certain things and openly declared they were leaving VRBO next year. I can see why, their expectations are unreasonable. Our “stained” sheets were barely dirty and easily cleaned. The pictures they provided were inadequate. They waited 3 days before informing us of the issue with the sheets despite the property being cleaned immediately after our departure. I suggest you search for another property and not have the worry of hosts who will nickle and dime you over your stay.

Great family vacation house, amazing location!!

This was our fourth stay in the blue house, it’s that wonderful!!! It’s a cozy, spacious, very well appointed home that is beautifully decorated. We had everything we could possibly need provided. The owners are very easy to work with and take great care of all their properties. It’s right in the heart of dwtn CB so walkable to beach, boardwalk and restaurants but we rented a golf cart to add to the fun of vaca and cruise around the island more. Bonus was being able to park at the owner’s empty lot towards CB Pier and use beach access there with less crowds! This house has helped create so many memories for us and our 14 year old, we look forward to the next time we are able to rent it.

Charming bungalow

My teen daughters and I made last minute plans to sneak in a beach trip, and this charming bungalow was perfect for our stay. A short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, everything. The house itself is clean, updated, and comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms is decent-sized and the main bathroom is spacious. The extra half bath was much appreciated (especially when traveling with my teen girls). The living room was cozy with lots of pillows and a blanket but my favorite space was the front porch. The weather was gorgeous during our stay so my mornings were spent drinking coffee on the porch, watching the beach goers walk by. Check-in and -out were easy and the owners were super nice and great at communication. I highly recommend this gem!

Wonderful place, very comfortable, very clean, very roomy. Beds were comfortable & the AC kept us nice & cool with the terrible hot weather outside. Great location to everything. Hosts were great communicators & helpful in getting us set up with a company for beach chairs & umbrellas for our day at the beach. Would use them again!

Girls Family Beach Trip

We had an amazing time! Super cute bungalow. It was the perfect size house for us. Then we walked to the beach, dinner and shops close by. We will definitely be renting from them again. Also you can walk to a small grocery store that is less than a block away. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying in this house for a girls trip. The walkability to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants made it so convenient! The home was set with everything we needed and probably had the best bed sheets I had slept in while traveling. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This little place was wonderful! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we would need, large washer and dryer helped with all beach wear items, the back deck is giant and was swepped clear of sand, there's an outdoor shower area for washing sandy feet, and it was the perfect size for our family with 2 children. The wifi was fast and the A/C cold... perfect after a day on the hot sand! My little one is learning to crawl and I was very pleased that I could let him crawl freely because the home was so clean. Even the baseboards were clear of built up grime. The floor is wood and a little creaky, but smooth and well worn, so there weren't any splinters for baby knees or toes. The whole home was clean and clutter free. (If you are a parent that has been to a rental with knick knacks on every surface you underatand the pain of having to collect them all and put them up high, and then return them to their places before you leave!) We were so pleased with the friendliness of the owner, the cleanliness of the home, and the proximity to the beach that we are already looking to book again at this rental!
