"We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. We had so much space in really clean and comfortable surroundings. Communication was excellent and Martine and Jean were good hosts. The pool area with outdoor kitchen was lovely and peaceful and the garage with ping pong a treat! Would recommend to families or groups. "The apartment was in a great position for all the places of interest which we wanted to visit. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Communication with the host was effective and prompt. "Perfect location if arriving by train. We had a fantastic welcome and Sandra was very nice and clearly took pride in the property. The gite was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We walked to the old city with our 11 year old in about 25 minutes. The old city is magnificent! Having the cafe downstairs for breakfast was really easy. If we come back to Carcassonne we would hope this apartment was available."

"Smelly property that did not feel clean, didn’t feel like a particularly safe neighbourhood - and the double door and strong locking mechanisms only made us more worried. Old towels, bedding didn’t smell clean, untidy bathroom. We stayed the night as a last resort and got out of there early in the morning. Went to Carcassonne a castle that was unexpectedly large and beautiful. "
