"The place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Prior guest had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere. I called management and they sent cleaners right away. So that was great. Location is awesome! We walked everywhere. The Mucky Duck food was not good at all. And they only serve beer and wine. Captiva is still rebuilding after Ian."

"My husband and I were looking for a special place to spend our 35th anniversary and this home did not disappoint! Incredible from start to finish. Yanet with the property management company was amazing to work with, and Joe the homeowner was communicative from the moment we booked our stay. Wake up in the morning, open the bedroom blinds, and look out over the ocean. Make your coffee, sit on one of the 3 levels of deck, and relax while you plan your day. Walk on the beach, take a golf cart...

"We just stay at this property this weekend and to tell you it was beautiful is an understatement. The house is just as seen on the pictures and have everything you will need and much more. We had an amazing time there. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. I loved the outdoor retreat which not very many home in the island have that as we came to see on our exploring of the island. "Beautiful property on a beautiful island! The property was very nice and clean. Host answered questions very quickly. I do think the damage deposit is very high and I was a little stressed about the refund process (which is VRBO not the host). The refund took a full 2 weeks from VRBO. I’m only including that fact in this review in case anyone else is curious about it. "

"Stayed in this beautiful condo for a last minute trip in September. Very well appointed, with everything I needed and more! The complex is still undergoing renovation, but very little noise with the work. The condo is right along the gulf, and an easy walk to the front of the complex to the Starbucks and grocery store. Loved the flexibility with a shorter length of stay and will definitely be back. Dream Vacation was very easy to work with - and easy to reach with any questions. "
