The Poggio Caiar Guest House is adjacent to the Bed and Breakfast, in a quiet rural village surrounded by greenery, away from traffic.
Guests can use the private garden and also the garden and swimming pool of the Bed & Breakfast.

 The strategic position, just 7km from the main tourist resorts of Lake Garda, on the hills, on the slopes of Monte Baldo, make it an excellent base for sports and / or relaxation holidays with family and / or friends.
Description
An independent entrance leads to the 1st floor, in a living room furnished with warm Mediterranean colors, flooded with light filtering through the numerous windows, complete with LCD TV / Sat, CD player. Adjacent, we find the fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances.
Upstairs we have a double bedroom, furnished with sitting area and single sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds, both bedrooms have modern ceiling fan / fan with timer.
Large bathroom with toilet and shower, equipped with hairdryer-courtesy service.
Linen is provided.

All finely renovated with exposed beam ceilings, warm Mediterranean colors on the walls, curtains….
they give the environment a hospitable and relaxing atmosphere.

Just perfect!
An idyllic setting with an excellent host (Monica). We could not have been happier. The apartment was perfect for our needs - comfortable, clean, well equipped, and the use of the garden and pool was the icing on the cake.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Gardasee
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Monica ist eine super liebe Vermieterin. Da muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Die Anlage ist toll, der Pool und der Ausblick wunderschön.

Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm und herzlich der Empfang. Zwar gab es mit FEWO einige finanzielle Hindernisse, aber die Unterkunft und der Pool waren hervorragend. Fliegengitter wären für die Fenster gut, denn bei heissrn Temperaturen ist die Wohnung sehr warm.

Super Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter
Unser Aufenthalt zu Viert mit Hund war problemlos und sehr schön bei Monica und Marino, aber zu kurz ;-). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber, die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern, WLAN, eine große Kühl-, Gefrierkombination mit zwei Fächern ! Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und ruhig und läd am Pool mit Garten des B&B (den man als Gast der Ferienwohnung mitbenutzen darf) zur Entspannung ein. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde mit wunderschöner Aussicht vom Pool in Tal. Es gibt sehr tolle kleine Restaurants in Caprino Veronese, die auch fussläufig zu erreichen sind. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Gardasee, der super schön und sauber ist. Monica und Marino sind total nett, freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und haben tolle Tips. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-) !!!

Komfortable Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung
Die Wohnung selbst ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und der Kontakt und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin waren hervorragend. Die kleine Anlage mit einigen Ferienwohnungen ober halb des Kernortes von Caprino-Veronese liegt nicht in einer reinen Touri-Zone, sondern es arbeiten dort auch Menschen und Hähne krähen. Der Ort ist fußläufig bergab zu erreichen und auch ein gutes Landrestaurant (tolle Pizza) bergauf. Einen Blick auf den Gardasee hat man nicht (dazu liegt das Haus zu niedrig). Eine Sitzmöglichkeit außen am Haus gibt es zwar (für die zwei Wohnungen an diesem Eingang; die Nachbarn waren deutlich zu hören)), die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Nicht wegen der Nachbarn, sondern weil es ein ungemütlicher Platz war. Dafür konnte man aber die schön gelegene Freifläche und den kleinen Pool des B+B benutzen, von der aus man auch einen guten Blick auf Caprino und die vorgelagerte Ebene hat. Dafür musste man aber treppauf, treppab einige Höhenmeter überwinden, wie auch vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Perfect stay in a beautiful flat
We really enjoyed the stay in this very nicely decorated flat. Everything was just perfect for us. It is a very quiet environment close to the mountains, but also not too far away from the lake. Monica, our host, has really a very beautiful place and the communication with her was very easy and without any problems. We would really love to come back any time in the future.

Tolle Woche in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei einer sehr netten Gastgeberin, die sich professionell um alles gekümmert hat. Ein toller Garten mit wunderschönem Blick Richtung Gardasee. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Logistisch liegt die Unterkunft super Man ist schnell fast überall. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung 👍🏻
Die Ferienwohnung ist gerade zur Coronazeit genau das Richtige. Sie liegt oben auf dem Berg und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Die Vermieterin (Monica) hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Man konnte sie auch jederzeit erreichen, was wir super fanden. Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Monica sehr genossen. Besonders schön fanden wir den wunderschön angelegten Garten mit dem Pool. Dort konnte man sich mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Berge, super entspannen. Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Sehr saubere Wohnung, ruhig gelegen in dem Städtchen Caprino Veronese, mit dem Auto 15 Minuten vom Gardasee entfernt. Dafür lebt man im Ort abseits der großen Touristenmassen. Der Ort hat von Supermärkten über Bäcker und viele Restaurants alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben gute Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
