Enjoy most amazing weeks in Villa Sunset Serenade. The Miami lounge style living room, the big open kitchen, the intersecting canal view bedrooms, free WIFI up to 75 mbit, free telephone calls across the USA. All three bathrooms are lovely done up, perfectly tidy and clean and will make you feel like you're in paradise. The large outdoor area fully covered with an insect screen and the nice large heated pool and spa from which you can enjoy a perfect view over the four intersecting channels who are alongside the house. For boating fans we have a new boat dock installed. The Villa is next to many supermarkets and Cape Coral is a perfect basis for any trips into the country, let it be Sanibel Island, the Everglades, Fort Myers, Tampa, Miami or Orlando, known for several theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World.

Perfect getaway and location
We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The pool and outdoor space is amazing, a few things need to be updated but overall it was a great experience. We had a little trouble with one of the beds but when we called they came and fixed it right away. Would definitely stay here again as it is centrally located to do many things in the area.

Just perfect!
Our family of five just stayed at Liana‘s property this April and it was perfect! It was just what we were looking for to relax! The location is great. It is pretty centrally located so you can easily plan a day trip to Fort Myers or Sanibel Island. The house is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here the last week in October. Right from the start we had good communication with the owner who was very nice and quick to respond to all of our questions. The house was beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved the back patio pool area which is where we spend most of our time. The view of the sunset and canals were amazing. Overall great experience and we would not hesitate to book this property again next year.

Vacation with friends
This property is lovely and we had a very relaxing stay. The pool, large pool deck and view were the best. Pool faces S/SW so we had sun well into the evening with beautiful sunsets. There are one or two minor’dings’ as a result of the last hurricane but did not affect our stay at all. The new lanai and furniture outside are perfect, along with the super comfy new couches inside ! Communication with the owners was great and we were happy to get to meet them in person. 😊 We would love to come back and recommend this property 100%.

Look no further, this is the place to stay!
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left this home was perfection. The owners spared no expense. Comfort and luxury at an amazing price. I would never consider any other home or hotel. My family visited during terrible and record low weather, however having such a nice home and pool to rely on saved our vacation. This is the place to stay! My family and I will without a doubt be back.

This beautiful property afforded us the opportunity to relax, unwind, and to play and party all night long! The views and wildlife were amazing. We came to Florida from the Midwest and didn’t want to leave this wonderful house. Never went on the beach!!!

Wonderful Christmas stay
We had a wonderful Christmas at this property in an amazing location. The outdoor lanai was absolutely perfect for our family to relax and enjoy time together. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner with plenty or room to prep. We did miss that you can only access the fourth bedroom by walking through the master bedroom. We have older children and that was not really the set up we were looking for. Overall though you can not beat the location and lanai.

Perfect House for Christmas & Family
This house is perfect for family or friends to spend time together. While the common areas are large enough for a large group to spend time together and not feel on top of one another, the bedrooms are large and separated enough to provide a sense of privacy. The pool area really is as beautiful as the pictures. Nice neighborhood surrounding the house. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

Living in Luxury
Absolutely loved the property! Everything from the appliances to the linens were of the highest quality. Located right at the intersection of three waterways the view is amazing. Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but they are brand new. We would love to come back next year . The property manager was absolutely wonderful , had a couple questions about pool and spa and she came right over and walked us through everything.

Beautiful house the pool never heated. The cleaning needs improve, on my check in the laundry area smell like urinated and under the microwave is very dirty. Otherwise is okay.

this is a great location to stay. Very clean. Comfortable and clean linens on the beds! I am very picky about the beds where I stay. These beds were great! My kids had a great time as well ! Enjoyed the views at night time! Tonnie the manager was great. I noticed that I lost a diamond ring after I left the home. Tonnie looked for the ring and found it! She then mailed it promptly to me! I would definitely stay again at this home!

Wonderful Stay! We'll definitely be back!
Just came back today from spending a long weekend at this Villa. Upon our arrival my wife and I couldn't get over how nice it was! The pictures definitely do not do it justice! The entire property is tastefully decorated, extremely clean, very spacious and everything is brand new. This villa is located in an extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood with an amazing location/view on the intersecting canals. This property is loaded with additional bonuses and everything we used worked perfectly. We can't say enough good things about this property. We actually spent the evening before we left looking at the calendar trying to figure out when we can schedule our next visit here!

We loved our two week stay here. Self check in was easy, which was nice as we arrived in the evening and was super tired after a long flight from the UK and then the drive from Tampa airport, so it was nice just to be able to get in, had a quick look around and then crash out after the journey. The next morning we had a good look around and absolutely fell in love with the view from the pool area. The home itself was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The only negative thing i can say and its not really a negative, is that the welcome letter is very old, as it said the property manager would come see us but we did not see or hear from the property manager at all, which was fine but think this needs updating for future vistors. Anyway, If you are considering booking this home, dont hesitate, as its as perfect as the photos show.

Wieder eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral
Wir sind zum sechsten mal in CC, diesmal mit Schwager und Schwägerin mit Familie, in Summe 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (13, 10, 9, 6 Jahre). Aus dem Grund haben wir auch ein grösseres Haus gebraucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und eine gute Lage für alles was man so in seinem Urlaub vorhat. Jeden Abend ein toller Sonnenuntergang am Pool (wenn es nicht gerade geregnet hat :-)) und auch sonst sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing House and Pool
The pictures do not do this amazing house justice. Lovely living space and bedrooms with lots of storage. Outside area was beyond our expectations due to a fantastic pool and outstanding view overlooking the canal. The owner was very accommodating with allowing us to checkout three hours later due our late flight home, which we were very grateful for. I would not hesitate to rebook.

Relax and Enjoy the Beautiful Views
This is our 2nd year coming to this house. It was a fantastic relaxing vacation with my family. We enjoyed the beautiful views while spending the day relaxing in the pool. Enjoyed the outdoor space cooking out and not bothered by any bugs thanks to the pool screen/cage. Enjoyed a movie on the comfy couches at night. Beds are very comfy and slept like a baby.

2024 Family Vacation
This property's view is spectacular! The pool was great and the adults and kids enjoyed their time. The house exterior is now painted white, has a black metal roof and the lani is brand-new and black. The reason I mention this is that we pulled up to the house and had to triple-check it was the right one. :) Updated pictures would be nice for VRBO. The hosts were very good a communicating if we needed anything and the location was close to everything. One recommendation is for better grilling tools. My husband burnt himself nightly grilling with short utensils. No other complaints and simply enjoyed our week's stay.
