"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"This is actually my second time writing this review; so, hopefully it goes through this time because Deanna was great and her place are great. Everything was incredibly clean and well appointed. The place has a kitchenette, it's own entrance and was in a great neighborhood. I slept great and the heater was very cozy and worked like a champ when needed. I would certainly stay again!"

"The property is in a great location. There’s not much parking on the actual street, but the streets that run perpendicular have plenty of parking and are just a short walk. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the beds & furniture. The site says that there is a dryer, but you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you are staying longer than seven days. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. "

"My group stayed here because we had a work in San Fran. The host were nice and even let us check in early. The place was safe and close to a lot of stuff. Theyre right near a couple bus stops too so it was easy to get around. Everything was clean and if we had any questions they responded quickly. Great place to stay and would again!"
