"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Never received check in instructions, their phone contact was disconnected, went to property to try to figure it out. Couldn’t get in and it was disgusting! Fighting with VRBO for my money back! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! "We recently stayed at this unit for a week, The location couldn't have been better for us, as it was close to our visiting clinic where we needed to be and conveniently surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and banks. "I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy."

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"I was in communication with Liat, the host. He answered questions quickly and the location was secure and immaculate. The photographs did not do justice and the layout was a perfect set up. That location was also within a 1/2 mile of a seminar local to the area. "
