She was rude multiple times on the phone. I was actually happy to no check in with her because she’s was rude but she did notice me once she saw me come in to set up because she stated I needed to do it myself "

Upon checkout there was only 1 person working the valet. The lobby was full of people trying to leave but unable to get their vehicles.
