It's brand new and the owner has done a really great job with the decor and thinking of all of the little details/touches - it's the cutest place I've ever stayed. It was so nice to be able to walk to shops and the river! The owner was very responsive and helpful with a slight problem during check in and was extremely accommodating. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. "

"Cute, quaint little “cottage.” Came to reunite with a friend/HS sweetheart and the location was perfectly placed between their home and the CO Springs airport. While we spent most of our time outdoors after a surprise snowstorm, I did get one full day of rest and relaxation before heading back. The couch left something to be desired, but the hot tub? So convenient to any excursion, and the cute little town of Manitou nestled within the mountains can be viewed directly from the wonderful balcony on this historic carriage house. We stayed on the East side of the property for this trip and it did not disappoint! We were welcomed with a nice note and lovely bottle of wine! The rental is in a walkout basement of their home and was extremely clean, with a homey feel and a nice amount of natural light. Their dog was very sweet and would hang out on the patio by the door. Being able to see Garden of the Gods from their patio with a cup of coffee was very relaxing."
