This private, cozy Cannon Beach vacation rental makes a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. With two patios, a full kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace, you can enjoy all the comforts of home along with the added romance of the beautiful Oregon Coast. Take everyone to the dog-friendly beach just across the street, or head to nearby Ecola State Park for a challenging hike. For more laid-back fun, walk just five minutes up Hemlock Street to Cannon Beach's vibrant business district, with shopping, art galleries, and dining galore. If you need to freshen up your clothes during your stay, there is a laundromat nearby.

This vacation rental is smartly designed to make the most of its space. You'll enter directly into the open living and dining area, and instantly feel at ease thanks to the warm wood tones, contemporary furnishings, and charming bistro-style artwork. There's a plush red sofa waiting for you to settle in and soak up the tree-lined views outside. The living area opens onto the galley-style kitchen, which has updated stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and even a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You'll also find all the cooking gear, dishes, and serving utensils you might need to prepare meals. There's a dining table in this space as well, along with a 42-inch TV with cable and DVD player. There's also complimentary wireless Internet provided. If you feel like leaving electronics out of the equation, grab a board game and spread out at the table for some unplugged action.

Just outside the front door, you'll also find a charcoal barbecue, so you can enjoy some freshly grilled steaks or burgers on a warm summer evening.

At the end of the night, the spacious bedroom beckons you with its comfortable bed, wood-burning fireplace, and an additional TV so you won't miss your favorite late-night talk show. The bedroom also has a lovely seating area near the window, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine with a good book. Best of all, though, a private door opens onto the rear patio, which is surrounded by tall trees and feels quite peaceful and secluded from the rest of the neighborhood.

Things to Know
While the owner is still allowing dogs in this home, they kindly ask if you leave them home alone they are crated.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Inaccurate Listing
Very poor customer service and inaccurate listing . No way this unit sleeps 4 adults. The "sleeper" is an Ikea like futon. There is no "plush "red couch . There are not "forest views" and it is not "oceanfront" When we arrived there were no linens for the Ikea like futon . Customer service was horrible . We were given wrong directive to go out to back shed in pitch black to look for linens in a shed When we finally were connected to an employee that could direct us into a locked storage area, we had a hard time finding linens that were not stained ( we took pictures to support this ) I had a casted/broken arm and requested to be moved to.unit with either a king bed or two queens ( or an actual pull out couch with a MATTRESS) so that my adult daughter and I could both sleep comfortably OR a refund ( again misleading advertisement) . I was asked to wait until the next morning so local management could address the request . I had to call multiple times the next morning and did not receive a call back until the next afternoon. I was told I would not be issues a refund or moved to another unit . I told the customer service rep I would be leaving and going elsewhere.

Very nice spot, couple of improvements needed.
We quite enjoyed our stay in the #7 cottage. It was clean and inviting. The wood paneling was lovely. The kitchen setup was top notch - including full oven/stove and reasonably new dishwasher. The living room was OK, but could have been made more comfortable with better furniture. The single couch/sofabed was not very comfortable, and the plastic chairs equally so. The pushbutton door lock was tricky to operate, with a lengthy code to remember. Bathroom was fine, and the shower was particularly nice. Note that it is really a place for 2 people, or maybe two plus a child. The sofabed would not suffice for two adults.

Cozy Cannon Beach apartment
We enjoyed our stay here. The unit has lots of natural light from windows. The kitchen is fairly well stocked although it could use a larger bowl for salad fixing. I would not recommend more than two people as it is quite small. It is a nice location within walking distance to Haystack rock and mini shops. A nice touch was finding two little dog bowls and a sheet to cover the bed to protect it from dog hair.

Pictures don't do it justice. Quiet. Love this place!
Downtown Cannon Beach is a gem! Its spacious rooms, proximity to the beach, and tranquil atmosphere make it an unbeatable retreat. Whether you're solo or with family, it offers the perfect escape. Can't wait to return for another dose of its magic! Please note that the pictures don't do it justice. It's much better than expected. It was also quiet. If you've lived in apartments before, you will hear your upstairs neighbors but it's not bothersome at all. When we stayed, we didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Property was clean and close to the beach, shopping, and dining options. WiFi did nkt meet our expectations and was very slow. We opted to not use it due to this. If you had to work or had obligations that needed WiFi, you would not be able to meet those obligations.

Nice Place To Stay in Cannon Beach
Convenient to downtown Cannon Beach and the beach. Small, but, had what we needed. No more than 5 minute walk to either. Definitely dog friendly with a dog treat and poop bags in a basket with blankets and towels for any pups. Assigned parking space tough to get into, but, there are 2 unassigned spaces in the lot and since we mostly used one of those it was not an issue for us.

If you are looking for a pet friendly, affordable location in Cannon Beach look no further! Truly, my dog and I had such a great time recharging and exploring the beach and all the hiking trails nearby, highly recommended!!

Awesome location!
This little apartment was the perfect location in Cannon Beach. Perfectly located between the two areas of interest, heart of town on one side, best coffee shop (sleepy monk) and brewery (pelican) on the other. All of that just one block away from the beach which is perfect for morning, mid day or evening strolls! Very reasonable price for Cannon Beach. Few things to be aware, bathroom is a bit outdated (especially shower) but all functioning well, there is a whole unit above so it can be a bit loud if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, heat can be difficult to control (too cold or too hot) and finally, internet is not super good. We were working remotely from this place and struggle to get on some video calls. But overall, very positive experience and what is to be expected for a reasonable priced location.
