"For a short stay in Venice, this accommodation was perfect. Communication with Luisa was very good. We had a problem with the shower which she dealt with the same day. Location was brilliant. A couple of minutes walk from the vaporetto. We found a wonderful local restaurant Trattoria Cea which was very close by and served authentic delicious food."

"The apartment was very nice and cozy. It was on the 3rd floor (2 floors above the ground floor) with the owner on the floor below in case we had any issues which we did not. The apartment was quite conveniently located near the water bus stop at Madonna d'Otra. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. We had a great time and would be happy to rent the apartment again sometime."
