This property is spacious and the rooms are big, I stayed in the off season, but you could tell in the summer time you must book early. Large pool and close to the beach, the breakfast is very detailed.

Hotel is in a nice beach town and was good break from Valencia. Its a bit of a haul from Valencia but very local community. We went during off season so hard to find places to eat except in town. Surprisingly restaurants were more pricey than in Valencia.

The hotel was well located next to the beach and also close to a plaza that has good food options othere than what the hotel has. The pool was great and they had a pool bar with good drink offers but not a full bar. The hotel could use some exterior renovations and some upgrades but other than that out stay was enjoyable.

Great Hotel. The staff were very kind and patient and always available. The place is very clean and so is the area. However the transport to Valencia city can be difficult as there is a coach that doesn’t come often.

Staff was great and very helpful. My daughter has some allergies and the staff really tried to help. The staff made you feel welcome, and they were always smiling. The only downside was that i told the reservation team that my daughter had allergie but apparently the message was not passed on to the staff. Anyway, I will recommend the place.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Very rude staff. Cleanness is 2 out of 5 as the bed sheets and shower facility were no where close to 4 star rating. Only 2 floors of the hotel is open.

This area in Valencia is where locals go to vacation. The property was pretty empty, so the services were limited. The hotel is a little outdated. It’s a beach community so I can understand it being a little bit more rundown. Just seemed like a lower scaled hotel comparison to other hotels we’ve been staying at. I thought the hotel was right on the water, it is not. Also, you have to pay a euro for a beach towel. I asked if they had anything for us to rent to take to the beach and they did not. So you have to bring your own beach chairs, Beach, toys, umbrellas, coolers whatever you’re taking. One day it rained and asked if they had umbrellas for us to use, and they said no. Like I said, our previous hotels offer all of these amenities. Wasn't impressed at all.

Additionally, they offer the same thing every day so after the second day it became not very appealing Good: - Room was clean and tidy - The room was big and nice, ideal for couples and family Free parking is available on the road. Lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal, tanto de limpieza como de recepción. Habitaciones para dos personas muy amplias y cuarto de baño cómodo. La situación es muy buena y las zonas del jardín muy agradables para el verano. Lo peor es que es el único hotel de esta categoría en el pueblo y se permite no ofrecer un servicio 4 estrellas. Para las camas de matrimonio tuvimos que pedir un edredón porque sólo tenían la sábana puesta y una colcha de verano. Sólo había dos mantas individuales en el armario, que además pesaban muchísimo, y nos acabaron dando dos edredones individuales, no tenían dobles ,uno de los cuales lo tuvimos que subir nosotros mismos. Esta vez no he cogido desayuno porque la experiencia anterior, también en temporada baja, no fue buena. La sensación, y que el check in es a las 4pm, es que les falta personal. Lo que si es cuatro estrellas son los precios de los servicios extras. Gracias de nuevo al personal por su amabilidad.

He estado unos dias en Navidad y mi experiencia ha sido horrible.Al hotel le sobran estrellas para el precio que tiene.Las habitaciones viejisimas.Cuando llegamos las camas sin preparar,sin colchas.Ibamos 2 niños y dos adultos.Te hacen de pagar una cama supletoria al ser 2 niños, que les dije que se la llevaran ya que los 2 niños no cabian en la cama,y aparte que no cabe ni en la habitación.Con el sofá cama es suficiente. No entiendo porqué hacen de pagar una cama supletoria, cuando 2 niños caben en el sofá cama. Luego fuimos a pedir la pista de padel y nos dicen que 10€ la hora.Desde cuando en un hotel después de pagar la pasta q se paga ahí se cobren por utilizar las instalaciones. Muy fuerte. Y el precio de la plaza de garage desorbitado 18€ dia.Yo he sido cliente años de ese hotel y el cambio de dirección ha incrementado los precios muchísimo, no mira por el cliente,todo lo contrario. Un hotel muy caro para los servicios que da.Y la animacion en el verano fué pesima .No se metece 4 estrellas,empezando por la comida.No lo aconsejo.
