Fully furnished and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor of peaceful Kingston. A very short stroll will take you to a huge range of restaurants and cafes in the heart of Kingston or Manuka.

Enjoy the lifestyle of Kingston’s restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping centre. This modern well maintained two-bedroom apartment offers a generous open-plan layout. Full of natural light throughout the living area.
BEDROOM:
Your main bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a double-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
The second bedroom has Acer LCD monitor.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, bath, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
NOTE: For your safety, please do not use the current dishwasher on the property as there is an ongoing issue.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The TV also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. A DVD player is also available.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer (no dryer) is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
This apartment is within walking distance from the Kingston shop and restaurants, Manuka Pool and Telopea Park. It is only a short drive away from the Manuka shopping precinct, Questacon, the National Library, National Portrait Gallery, National Gallery, The High Court of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.
Within close proximity to all that Kingston has to offer including cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and buses as well as being perfectly located for easy access to Kingston Markets, Manuka, Parliament House and Lake Burley Griffin.

1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
