Beautiful farm located 5 minutes from the beach d'Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful in the world. Very close, only 3 km from the charming town of Ses Salines, with its famous restaurants and shops. Also close to Es Llombards and Santanyí. The house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet area, with a particular road, far from noise, from neighbors. It is a small oasis of peace and tranquility, in full contact with the nature of the Mediterranean climate. The sea breeze of the sea is noticeable, causing a pleasant sensation. The house is about 15 years old and enjoys the character of the old Mallorcan houses, with elements of the architecture of the south of the island. It is fully equipped, with air conditioning and heating. Internet, satellite, music tower, TV, games room (pingpong) (weight training machines) (exercise bike, etc.). Everything for you to enjoy and spend an unforgettable vacation. And I, as the owner, I am always located at your disposal for any questions, problems or issues that may arise.

Comfortable and nice place
Great Location, 5 min. by car from the Beach, quiet landscape and spacy for the six of us. Clean kitchen and bathrooms, good tabletennis room. We enjoyed a relaxed holiday and did. Not often leave the Place.

Schöne Finca
Wir waren als Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder 7J/11J) für knapp eine Woche dort. Schöne Finca mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern (auf zwei Etagen verteilt). Funktionell eingerichtet. Schöner, sauberer Pool und ausreichend Platz im Außenbereich. Grill vorhanden, sogar eine Tischtennisplatte im OG. Lage sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen (zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt ca. 8 km). Es trenc Strand sehr nah. Vermieter sehr nett, gibt umfangreiche Tipps für Restaurants u.ä. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Super!
We spend 2 weeks in the beautiful house of Tomeu, and had a great time. After a warm welcome by Tomeu and his son, we enjoyed the beauty of the landscape, the stunning view and sunsets, the calm and peaceful location. Within a few minutes everything you need is reachable, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and not to forget the beaches. We can highly recommend this place. The host was always there for us with good advices and a paella pan😀. Thanks again for a great holiday.

Very nice and private
This is a beautiful house, well maintained. The area is not too touristic ( not may people speak english or german) but you find places to shop nor far away. In march the wheather was to cool to swim in the pool, but ist is a nice one. The heating in the house worked perfectly. Kitchen is spacious; internet worked well. Lovely host. Absolutely to recommend.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und man ist komplett ungestört. Die Austattung im Haus ist top. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Traum-Finca für Ruhebedürftige
Inmitten einer naturbelassenen Traumlandschaft liegt diese Finca in der Nähe von Ses Salines. Die Pluspunkte: Absolute Ruhe, Alleinlage auf riesigem Grundstück mit sehr schöner Aussicht, landestypische Bauweise mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, sehr gute Ausstattung an Geschirr, Küchengeräten etc., Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Ses Salines (ca. 3km) und Campos (ca. 8 km), äußerst netter Vermieter und Besitzer, empfohlen für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, nichts für Ballermann-Touristen
