Indo de mal a pior.
Banheiro com cabelos de mulher Box do banheiro vazando agua 1 das pias do banheiro estava com problema na torneira Lampada queimada no quarto. Informei os problemas as 18h e disseram só poder arrumar no dia seguinte. Fiz o check-out hoje antes dos reparos. A rececionista da noite não sabia cadastrar hospedes no sistema.

O hotel é bom no geral! Porém o café da manhã é muito fraco, poucas opções e as mesmas opções em dias seguidos, além de muitos mosquitos rodeando e nada para cobrir os alimentos! O estacionamento é apertado, sem vagas suficiente e não tbm cobertura. A cama é dura e a área da piscina a noite não tinha iluminação fica tudo escuro. Pelo valor da diária tem muito a melhorar.

O que deve ser melhorado
Após o check-in, subimos ao quarto e este não havia sido arrumado, a cama estava bagunçada, havia um copo que havia sido utilizado e uma garrafa de champagne aberta, sem contar os lixos nas lixeiras, e as toalhas de banho que estavam molhadas, o que demonstrava que não haviam sido substituídas. No banheiro após o banho este apresentava um cheiro estranho e desagradavel, o qual foi reparo alguns dias depois. Não há manobrista no local, a entrada é estreita e onde tem de se passar para chegar ao estacionamento, não é possível a passagem de dois carros ao mesmo tempo. A lavanderia é precária sequer há um ferro para passar ou emprestar aos hóspedes. Como passamos o reveillon esperavamos que houvesse um festa de final de ano no Hotel. Todavia, não houve, o que deixou muito a desejar. Pontos fortes: O hotel é lindo, os quartos são lindos e confortáveis também, a piscina é boa apesar da sua localização muito perto do estacionamento e da saída e chegada de hospedes. Pontos fracos: Falta uma melhor limpeza dos quartos, serviço de lavanderia praticamente inexistente, demora na arrumação dos quartos, no café da manhã faltavam a todo instante talheres, devido a pequena quantidade deste.

O atendimento é muito bom, mas o hotel não tem estrutura para suportar muitos hóspedes, a picina é minúscula e um pouco suja. Evite viajar em feriados prolongados, com muita gente hospedada, não tem lugar para todo mundo.
