"There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. "

"The location was perfect to walk downtown, to the river and bicentennial park. Lots of restaurants and bars. Clifty falls a few miles away. The host Kelly was great! Property was clean, had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved the coffee bar in the mornings. Definitely would stay there again! Highly recommend "

"Everything about our getaway was perfect. We arrived to the house around 9 and the keyless entry was flawless. The house was exactly as the pictures described and was perfect for two couples. The decor of the home was nicely created and felt very homey. We spent most of our time on the Bourbon Trail and loved the location so we could get to where we were going in about 30 to 45 minutes. Buffalo Trace was a daily stop and was a 30 minute drive. We’d definitely recommend this home. "

"We all loved the property and had more than enough space for 6 of us to relax after visiting distilleries. Having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms was perfect when we needed some space or quiet, and there is a good sized tvs in each living room. The bathrooms and kitchens are nicely updated. We walked to dinner in downtown shelbyville - about 4-5 blocks. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This place is perfect for a trip to Madison IN. It is half way to Vevay so you could go eihter direction. Hot tub was awesome and the property was clean. They had board games if you are into it, so I wouldnt be afraid to bring the kids along. Overall great experience. "

The cabin was clean and decorated for Christmas, which our family loved. We enjoyed the trails and my son found that their pond does have 5lb largemouth bass.
