« This is a lovely studio on Tomales Bay. I happened to pick the wrong weekend to go as there was a king tide and major rain storm. Took away the dock and did some other damage. BUT, the place is lovely and exactly as in the listing and the owners and manager were very gracious and refunded the trip since was no power or water most of the time. So highly recommended and this was like a every 30 year event not the usual so do not be dissuaded by my weekend :) Otherwise Tamales bay is beautiful...

All excellent destinations.The flat itself is roomy, nicely appointed and very comfy. Allen made himself available for any needs & questions and we met, by chance, Ronnie the housekeeper who does a great job. We highly recommend Urban Flat. »

« This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on).
