"We had a great stay for my 12-year-old's birthday weekend. He loved the pool table, air hockey, dart board, and arcade games. The house was comfortable and the bedrooms were nice. We were there in the dead of winter and the lake was frozen over, so we didn’t spend anytime outside, but I'm sure it is lovely in the summer. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay there again."

"Had an absolute great time. The property is very beautiful. Cabin is really cozy, however the bed situation needs some work. The bed in the basement is in a room in the basement with nothing in the room beside a bed and old basement smell. All the mattresses in the cabin are in extremely rough shape. Not a good sleeping experience. Lots of rules about where you can and can't go, put a vehicle, if you mess up a bed but don't sleep in it incurs fees, you have to bring your own firewood. "We were here for a funeral of a family member who passed too soon and we are all heartbroken and evn though we used none of the amenities (nice kitchen to cook food) evwryrhing was very nice and so muc better than staying in a hotel. "The house on the lake was the perfect place for four friends to spend a weekend getaway. Everything was easy- location, getting to, and checking in and out. The Hansons are great hosts and were easy to message with and answered any questions we had about our stay. While the weather did not cooperate we still had a wonderful time hiking and photographing nature at the nearby Wing Haven Preserve and dining out in Angola. Everything was clean and perfect, lots of great space, and being dog-friendly...

"Our family had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The entire home is well thought out and has everything you could need in the kitchen.
