Seaview on Burton is a site-managed property, similar to a Bed and Breakfast. A separate unit on the property may be visited by the owner or staff responsible for fire watch, maintenance (internet, heating, plumbing and laundry). This unit is completely private and and accessed separately. We have found over the course of our 11 years of operation that this arrangement ensures the property is adequately maintained and guest needs are addressed promptly. For traveler security the property has an exterior security camera.
