"Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime."

"The breakfast is the best thing about this homestay, along with the price. It used to have a quiet and tranquil outlook but a cultural show/theme park has been built opposite and is noisy until about 10. Nice distance from Hoi An old town."

"Unbelievably lovely staff in this family-run hotel who would do anything to help. Shortly after arrival we were a bit freaked out by the ground floor semi-outdoor bathroom, and asked to be moved. We were moved asap the next morning to an upstairs room with better bathroom, and our luggage moved for us. "Top notch for families with kids. Facilities were amazing. Tons of programs for kids and the activities were well maintained and watched over by staff. The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks. "
