I’m not fussy and let the chef cook what he had on hand, a selection of local cured meats, foie gras and crusty bread for an appetiser and an amazing dish of chicken, mushrooms and a white wine sauce. Truly a stay to remember if only for one night. "

"Never again will I use this hotel or Hotels.com. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for my party of 4 persons. I was given two rooms and charged for 5 breakfasts. When I complained to the receptionist/owner I was met with the 'I don not understand' attitude. Hotels.com have been less than useful. Avoid,avoid, avoid. You have been warned"

"This is a chalet style building in a small hamlet in the countryside. The area is good for walkers. The bedrooms are clean and modern with a lift to all floors. Dinner is in a separate restaurant in the building and serves regional French food and was full of local people on our visit .Service speed is average. Breakfast is in a separate room and is simple Continental with good fresh bread and bakery with good coffee. Some staff speak English and all are friendly "
