A fully-furnished 1100 sq.ft. condo located on the 24th floor nested in the heart of downtown is available. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has a spectacular SOUTH WEST view of the CITY, MOUNTAINS, Stampede Park and the grand stand.
This beautiful building has heated underground parking, a fitness facility, hot tub, concierge's desk from 9am-5pm and 24hour security.
You are in the heart of the city, close to 100's of restaurants and shops, all within a short walking distance.
Going to the Stampede grounds or an event at the Scotia Bank saddle dome? You are litterally steps away!.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

- Condo Bi laws quiet time after 11.
- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
- Absolutely NO smoking in the condo and if you do smoke on the balcony, DO NOT FLICK BUTT OVER THE EDGE. PLACE IN TRAY
- NO animals in the UNIT.
- Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let Nikki or I know ASAP.
- Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
-Bring Fob everywhere in building to have access.
-Lost Fob will be result in $175.00 fee Lost keys will resulting in a $25.00 fee.

BEING LOCATED IN THE ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT THERE IS A LARGE NUMBER OF HOMELESSNESS IN THE VICINITY, UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS ONLY ESCALATED OVER THE RECENT YEARS. IT IS ONE OF THE ONLY DOWNFALLS TO THE AREA AND BUILDING. JUST SOMETHING TO BE MINDFUL PRIOR TO BOOKING.

Wonderful Unit

Calgary Trip
A wonderful condo for our trip to Calgary to visit friends and take in the Calgary Stampede. Great location. On the nights we were not at the evening show we could sit on the balcony or sofa and watch the fireworks! We definitely stay here again if visiting Calgary.

Nice Location
I enjoyed this condo, it was a nice change from the hotels I stay at which are double the money and half the size. Not to mention the $50 valet service. On that note the underground parking was a nice touch. Great views, and decent amenities.

Amazing !
Amazing place. Beautiful view of downtown and mountains. Spacious and nicely decorated. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom. Host was very responsive and friendly. As per the prior reviews, there are some interesting characters outside because of the shelter across the street but they didn't bother us at all. Would highly recommend !

Amazing location and views!
Trevor’s place is such a good location. The views are next to none. Crazy good views of downtown and the Rockies! Place is very clean. Had a couple issues but Trevor dealt with everything very promptly and professionally! Would recommend for sure.

The condo was very nice and very secure. It was walking distance to the Stampede. One negative is that there were many homeless people hanging around and sleeping on the sidewalk.

Our flight was delayed. Trevor was accommodating. The place is nicely kept, very clean. It also has nice views. Need to pay attention to garage entry, safety protocols because of the area surrounding this newer high rise.

Great location to downtown, but also the homeless.
The condo is smaller than the pictures suggest. One couple would be fine. The dish sets are grouped in three. It is a 12 minute walk to downtown, that was great. The downside is the homeless sitting around the area, fine if a man is walking alone, but I would not let my wife travel by herself.

Trevor was an amazing host, responded time was pretty quick. We loved the condo itself very comfortable for a group of 3. And we loved seeing the thunder storms from a far, very beautiful. Although there is an Alpha house across the building, the people there were not any problem… nothing like other cities I been too in the US. The ice cream Nicki and Trevor recommend was 10/10 amazing.

Cozy, safe, clean. Bldg hit by storm & all electricity stopped. We climbed 20 flights of steps…..called Trevor…. let him know…. he had already talked to Sup. & workers restored elec & elevators. We loved walking to Prince’s Island. Lunch at the Cafe there. Yum! Thanks Trevor Cathy & Walt

Lovely condo
The owner, Trevor, was very attentive and maintained contact daily. Entrance to the parking garage and building was a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it after a day. The views from the 24th floor are amazing, and the night skyline is lovely. We enjoyed sitting out in the balcony and grilled steaks on the gas grill one evening. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The stainless steel appliances seem new. I appreciated the shower products being provided. An enjoyable stay.

Central location, great views
Our stay in the Vetro Tower was quite enjoyable. Easy walk to downtown. The views were fantastic, I enjoyed watching the changing light on the skyline and seeing what colour the Calgary Tower would be each night. Communication with host Trevor was great, I appreciated him checking in on us via text to see how we were doing. The condo was very clean and the listing was accurate. There is a homeless program across the street which may be off-putting to some, but we had no issues walking the neighbourhood (we are two seniors). There are lots of restaurants in the area but the condo is well-equipped for self-catering if you prefer to eat in. Thanks Trevor for a great stay!
