This next generation suite is the perfect home away from home. Located in Caldwell just 5 minutes from downtown Caldwell, 5 minutes from the College of Idaho, and 15 minutes from the Snake River Valley Wine Region, you won't be short of things to do in the area. However, if you're more of a relax and unwind person, the suite itself is also perfect for you. The bathroom features a two person soaker tub/shower combo and marble vanity. In the living area*, you will find a flat screen TV, a comfy reclining loveseat that faces a cozy electric fireplace, and a cute kitchenette** equipped with microwave, small slow cooker, coffee maker, and griddle. The bedroom offers a soft king-sized bed, black out curtains, two large closets, and a patio door that exits directly onto a private deck beside the private pool*** and hot tub. While the owners reside in the main house, the separate entrance makes sure guests will feel right at home.
We do not charge a pet fee because we believe pets are family, too. Please help us keep it that way by being respectful of the space and cleaning up after your pet(s). Enjoy your time in Caldwell at our welcoming home!

*A queen-sized blow-up mattress can be set up in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements
**Please note the kitchenette is NOT a fully equipped kitchen. No stove and no dishwasher
***The pool is heated to 85 degrees April-October (weather permitting) and is closed October-March

Sydney and Nick were very welcoming and this place was perfect for my wife and I. The place was well decorated, modern, comfortable and cute. The oversized bathroom soaking tub/shower is outstanding! Though the pool was closed for the winter, we're sure it would be a great respite from the summer heat. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The home was by far the best part of our trip. The back yard is simply AMAZING!! Such a relaxing comfortable home in a quiet area.
