"We had a fantastic stay at The Dunes Resort! The amenities were excellent, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and restaurant dining. The ocean view was breathtaking, and the beach was clean and well-maintained. While our hotel room showed a bit of wear, it’s understandable given its oceanfront location—guests likely leave the doors open, leading to natural weathering. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"There is a lot of amenities on property. Had a great time for a quick getaway. Will definitely look for this property if going back to the area. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was floors did not seem cleaned well and dusty areas in room. "

"This is a great property, overall! It is so convenient to OIB, has beautiful scenic views of the beach, has a heated pool, and quick access to the sand/ocean. The room was a decent size and clean. You park right underneath your room, so it is super easy to get in and out. Great stay!"

"The hotel was great and right near many food options. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the elevator interiors appeared to be under repair. The elevator’s worked great just didn’t look so pretty. "
