We loved the ease of going between several different properties… lots to do! Staff were very kind and helpful. The elevator and lobby smelled strongly of smoke… did not notice this at the GSR or J. (We were there for sporting events.)

Not a fan of kiosk check-in but did get a person to check me in. I was under an hour early after diving 205 miles only to be charged $35 for early check-in. Just wanted a room to relax in, not the lobby. I will stay again if in Reno, I only visited to pick-up my neighbors ashes from Truckee Mortuary than head home.
