"Something is happening with this property and it is affecting staff. All are professional and efficient but some not as friendly as should be. Grant at the bar was great. "

"The resort is very nice. Everything was clean and fresh. We like the room design ("wooden" walls make the atmosphere very cozy, and there are lots of interesting details in the room design overall). We visited the pool and spa zone late evening. The water in the pool is warm which is very beneficial when staying with kids. The sauna is hot and works well. Open 9 am-10pm. The lodge is 10 min away from ski resport."

"Very well located hotel close to everything. Good service. Pets allowed. We stayed here twice as a family. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved would be more breakfast options, especially for children."

"It was a very nice stay. The front desk was kind and helpful. One of the cleaning ladies was a little rude to my daughter and it hurt her feelings, there was no need for that. But other than that it was great. "

"The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. I loved the hot tub and the fact that the tv can swing to face the hot tub. Overall I rate this stay for couples a 10/10. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the room. There was dust accumulation in the corners and some of the silverware was not clean. In general I would rate it a 9.8/10 it’s a great get away spot for couples. "
