"The in room coffee was terrible! (lol) We used the shuttle daily, it it would be good to have a shuttle that traveled further west and to the grocery store. The staff was lovely and helpful! We felt very safe! Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby needs updating. The landscaping needed attention. Overall, those were small details that would improve a nice place. "We had a wonderful stay. Rochelle checked us in and was wonderful. Kind polite and patience as we checked in from our long flight. "Beautiful property on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach. We celebrated my wifes birthday over 4 nights and 5 days. Aside from the nonstop powewashing at the pool the first two days (so loud the pool was unusable) and the construction noise on days 3 and 4 (they were renovating the penthouse in the building we were located in) our stay was excellent. "The beach could have been cleaned more often, there was a lot of left over trash and debris and it would have been nice to have beach service. The staff would come and let all of the umbrellas down while we were laying there it was only 5pm. My husband told him he would do it himself when we left. "Overall, our stay at the Ports of Call was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location of the property was ideal for activities/restaurants in the area. "A hidden little Gem in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. It’s a short little walk to the beach ( 3-4 minute walk). The condo itself was nice and had everything you could possibly want.
