Cozy and bright apartment rented to referenced vacationers and business travelers, on the second floor with lift, in a completely renovated and furnished late 19th century building. A large and bright double bedroom with a small balcony and two bedrooms with two equally large and bright single beds (one of them with a balcony); two bathrooms with windows both, spacious and with box and walk-in shower; kitchen and dining room. Equipped with all comforts: bed and bath linens, dishes and kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothesline, umbrella for the beach, city and Sardinia guides in Italian, English and French. The apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday without giving up on the opportunities that the wonderful city of Cagliari offers.

appartement très confortable et très bon accueil
L'appartement est spacieux (3 grandes chambres )et 2 salles de bain avec machine à laver . la salle à manger et la cuisine sont très fonctionnelles .l'appartement possède même un mini balcon intérieur pour faire sécher le linge et un parasol pour aller à la plage en bus . On peut très facilement se rendre à la gare de train et dans le centre historique .Merci pour la disponibilité dès notre arrivée .

Très bon séjour à Cagliari.
Très bien reçu le jour de notre arrivée. Appartement très bien située vraiment tout près de la gare, station de bus, et à deux minutes à pied des cafés, restaurants et supermarché ( ouvert jusqu'à 22h). Appartement propre. Les trois chambres sont grandes. Dommage que les oreillers sont plats. Deux salle de bains très pratique surtout à sept personnes! Coin cuisine petit mais tout est présent. Nous n'avons pas rėussi à faire fonctionner la wifi. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et on recommande l'appartement sans problème.

Nous avons passé un séjour bien agréable à Cagliari dans l'appartement de Consuelo. Il est très bien situé, au calme, très propre et spacieux. Parfait pour découvrir cette belle ville. Possibilité de se garer juste à côté. Merci à Consuelo pour sa réactivité et ses délicates attentions.

Confortable, bien situé, bonne communication et très bon acceuil
Appartement tres confortable pour notre famille 2 adultes et 3 ados.Les propriétaires nous ont très gentillement accueillis malgré l'heure tardive et le retard de notre avion. Merci encore. Nous avons pu échanger en français et ils nous ont même accompagnes dans la voiture jusqu'au parking pour nous guider .( en aout difficle de se garer aux pieds de l'immeuble le parking de la gare est tout pres a 10€ / jour.Eau fraîche et vin nous attendaient. Nous étions idéalement situés pour sortir le soir, faire des courses à pied et prendre la voiture pour aller voir les multiples et magnifiques plages. L'appartement est calme.Je recommande. J'y reviendrais si je retourne à Cagliari.

Nous avons été reçu pas Consuelo de manière parfaite avec un petit déjeuner offert.l appartement est idéalement situé à côté des bus, De la gare et en plein centre ville.toute la famille s est sentie comme à la maison car l appartement est idéalement équipe, avec une climatisation dans toutes les pièces.Si vous voulez réussir votre séjour à Cagliari, cet appartement y contribuera.Anne et Jean Christophe

Très bien situé mais bruyant la nuit
Les + : Appartement très bien situé pour visiter et profiter de la ville avec de bons restaurants tout près. Gentillesse des propriétaires disponibles pour donner des informations. Parking du port et gare ferroviaire tout près. Les - : Bar en dessous de l'appartement donc bruyant la nuit jusqu'à très tard, notamment pour les 2 chambres donnant sur la rue (musique notamment). Pare baignoire et pare douche à changer. Nous recommandons cet appartement sauf pour les personnes recherchant la tranquilité la nuit.

Super handy location and great hosts
This is a very good size flat near train station, cruise port and all places in central Cagliari . We booked at the last minute and Consuelo and her husband were very helpful in checking us in early and securing parking in nearby street. There are places to eat and shop adjacent plus local buses to beaches . It’s a short drive to airport if you leave early as we did. We used washing machine and it had outdoor drying space plus two bathrooms which are handy for family groups . It was mostly our kind hosts which make the difference and helped us enjoy our stay .

Mitten drin in Cagliari!
War perfekt für drei Tage Cagliari, es hätten gerne sein dürfen. Consuelo und Carlo sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die Lage mitten in/an der Altstadt, 3 Minuten zum Einkaufen, 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof,15 Minuten mit dem Zug nach ELMAS, und mit etwas Glück einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, wobei wir den größten Teil der Sachen gar nicht benötigten, da wir (3 ältere Jungs) den ganzen Tag unterwegs, und abends in zwei (Lillicu und Trattoria di Serafino, beide ungefähr dasselbe Angebot) der vielen nahegelegenen Restaurants waren. Auf den Matzatzen der großen Betten schläft es sich sehr gut. Gerne komme ich wieder, und bringe meine Freunde mit.

Der Aufenthalt war auch dieses Mal einfach hervorragend. Wir sind nun bereits das 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen und werden sicher wieder hingehen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Our friendly host and hostess greeted us at the apartment and kindly let us in. They recommended their favorite eateries and had a guide book for touring Sardinia on the kitchen table. Everything was perfect. There is a lift to take you to the second floor if you are carrying luggage. Beds are comfortable and there is an air conditioner in each bedroom. There are too many restaurants to choose from with just a short walk up the street. One of our favorites was Buffhouse Wine Therapy with excellent pasta and seafood. The baked goat cheese was dreamy. Parking is difficult after the evening restaurants open at 7:30pm. Watch where you are parking as most spaces require payment. Parking tickets are $30 euros.

This apartment has almost everything you could wish for. It was clean and fresh, large and with a lovely ceiling height. Spacious, well equipped apartment. Very central
This beautiful apartment was perfect for our stay in Cagliari. We traveled with our daughters (18 and 20yrs). Two bathrooms were ideal for us. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Even if the apartment is in the city center there was no noise at all. Close to everything, 5 mins walk to the train/ bus station, shopping and an abundance of restaurants. We will come back.

Old Town at it’s best!
This Apartment is short blocks from the beautiful Sardinian Sea, outdoor patios and restaurants as well as shopping. Vehicles are prohibited in the narrow cobblestone streets of ‘old town’ creating a wonderful atmosphere of care free wandering for everyone. The apartment is modern and provides all you will need for a wonderful stay.

What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island! Was comfortable, just the dinning and living room were combined, it's was a little tight. Location was great, not far from shopping and restaurants. Were able to walk to the marina. Consuela and her husband were very friendly and available to help us. We would definitely stay there again.
