This amazing Villa is situated on a large private lot in a gated community. Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains and the Samana Peninsula from the large Infinity Pool Deck and 20 person Jacuzzi. Private and secure, it is the perfect place for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Within 10 minutes from 4 of the most beautiful beaches, Playa Grande, Playa Diamante, Playa arroyo salado, and Playa Caleton. There is also the beautiful waterfall El Saltadero and Laguna Dudu.
This spacious Villa and guest home can accommodate 16-20 people. The main Villa has 2 floors with 6 bedrooms in total. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including the outdoor bathroom. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king sized bed. The second downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third downstairs bedroom has 2 full sized beds. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms and patios. Dining is set for 8 people on both floors. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV’s and hot water. WiFi signal is strong and available in all locations on the property.
There is a separate guest house containing 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a kitchenette and living room with a TV. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, AC, and ceiling fans. The dining room is set for 4 people.
This spectacular Villa and guest house can comfortably accommodate 20 people and is a perfect venue for small wedding’s, Birthdays, Anniversary’s and family gatherings.
The property has a HUGE outdoor patio with spacious tiki bars on both sides of the pool deck, great for enjoying the cool ocean breeze and outdoor living. There are outdoor solar lights on the property. There is also a barbecue/outdoor kitchen area and a full outdoor bathroom, great for washing up before coming in from the ocean or enjoying the pool.
Guests will have access to the villa, guest house, and the entire property/amenities.
Private Gated Community. Cabrera is a lovely town with multiple restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and entertainment outlets where you feel welcomed. There are many activities available including horseback riding, fishing, dune buggy tours and Watersports.
There are 5 parking spaces available in driveway. Guests can purchase a rental car.
Optional services available include a private cook, cleaning service, and grocery delivery. There is also a generator if needed. Guests will get fresh towels and linens every 4 days of their stay.
The Villa has a domino table, cards, pool floats, towels, balls, frisbees and books for entertainment. All of the TV's are smart TVs, you just have to put in your own information.
One time cleaning fee of $200.
Refundable security deposit of $300.
