"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"From the outside, the house looks small, but it is not! There are 6 comfortable rooms, a comfortable living room and dining room. We had lots of space for our extended family. I would highly recommend this home and owner if one would like to stay in Henrietta or any of the surrounding Rochester towns. This was the perfect find for us! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. Always a good experience

"Spent the day at local diners and Dave & Busters, didn’t actually check in until 1AM. Check in was super easy, he gave me my key and made sure to get clear and simple instructions on getting to my room, to be sure I wasn’t outside wandering at night in the cold alone (my fiancé was in the car so I did look alone). The room smelled weird, but was warm and had clean sheets so that’s all that really mattered. There was a a paper towel in the peep hole, which made it feel sketchy but that’s fine. The shower had good enough water pressure to knock over the elderly (in a good way). Only 2 towels so we had to share. We probably could have gotten more from room service but we didn’t ask. When I checked out, they were still polite and was a stress free birthday to trip. We always use red roof. Photo of the D&B haul attached :)"
