Cozy 350 sqft retreat w/ tile walk-in shower, comfy bed, HDTV, kitchenette, off-street parking & quiet alley location. Walk to restaurants & shopping. Pet-friendly. Close to freeway. Grab a bite at the nearby Casagrandas Steakhouse, or walk to the Berkley Pit viewing station. It is conveniently located near a major road but is quiet because it faces the alley. The yard is not fenced but is great for supervised pets. If you really want something more homey than a hotel but don't need tons of space, this tiny-house is perfect for you.

Deep Clean Needed.
Great host, available when needed. A deep x10 clean needs to happen. No coffee pot, microwave was dirty, smelled of mold, Roomba looked gross, no drapes in main room, no privacy from street, hosts laundry was left in dryer. Sketchy at best. Hist was easy to work with though. Sorry, I wanted to love it, left 3 days early. TV
