Overall good
Good choice it was. The facility is great as well as its location. The service quality is not that much good but reasonable in this price. There was a simple mistake by the front manager during check in process, and there was a sudden closing of dining hall due to the group booking. However, overall it is worthy to be considered for your stay

Cartier watch stollen from luggage
This was my fourth stay at the hotel, but it will definitely be my last. My wife's Cartier watch was stolen from her bag in our room. Although there are CCTV cameras in the corridor, it seems likely that a member of the cleaning staff took it. While hotels in Tokyo and Dubai would have taken this seriously I have had very little concern from the hotel it self. We have reported the incident to the local police, but we have little hope of recovering the watch. Stay at your own risk and keep your valuables with you at all times.

I had to pack my stuff and leave my previously reserved hotel with my wife at 2 a.m. and check-in at Shila Stay at 3 a.m. The hotel receptionist was at the desk and really helpful. My staying over two night was the most peaceful and refreshing. I would come here again if I come to Busan. P.S. Don’t go to Songjeong if you don’t know the area well enough.

지하2층에 주차했는데 지하2층에서 지하1층으로 올라가는 out표시가 끝에 있고 지해1층으로 올라가는 입구에 B2로 표시 되어 있어 끝에 까지 갔다가 되돌려 나오는 차를 여러번 목격해 시정 필요함.

청소가 잘 안되어 있어서 (거실테이블, 바닥, 침실 옆 협탁 위, 조명 하단(눈에 띄는곳), 창가) 룸교체를 원했고 2번만에 룸교체했으나 바뀐곳도 침실 옆 협탁과 조명하단에는 먼지가 그대로 쌓여있었음. 그냥 룸구조 때문에 포기하고 숙소를 썼으나 4성급 호텔이 무색한 먼지쌓인 지저분함 때문에 아연실색함. 룸구조때문에 다시 방 바꿀때도 직원이 호텔의 입장만 생각할뿐 룸교체로 인해 짐도 못풀고 1시간 가량 기다린 고객의 불편함과 기분따위는 안중에도 없어서 기분이 더 나빴음. (예약한 룸과 같은 룸 클래스로 바꾼것임. 업그레이드 아님) 이런 직원의 입장에 열받아서 체크아웃 연장 1시간 받아냄. 서비스로 뷔페에서 테이크아웃할수있는 커피쿠폰을 2장 주었으나 그리 달갑지 않았음. 고객의 기분도, 호텔 룸컨디션도 둘다 엉망인데 고작 커피쿠폰으로 선심쓰듯 하는것이 의미가 있을까. 호텔의 입장이 아닌 고객의 입장이 (일찍와서 체크인 했으나 결국 룸교체로 1시간동안 아이데리고 짐도 못풀고 꼼짝없이 기다리며 모든 일정이 딜레이되는 상황과 기분이) 어땠을지 먼저 헤아리지 못한것을 사과하는게 먼저 아닐까 바꿔도 먼지가 있는데 그걸 못본건 역시나 청소하시는 분도 직원분도 숙면해야하는 침대근처 가구 및 전열구의 먼지는 더 꼼꼼하게 청소해야하는걸 모르는게 아닐까
