"We stayed here for Christmas week. The house is a nice cozy and beautifully decorated place. Its a duplex and the walls are a bit thin but the neighbor was so accepting because Christmas eve we were quite loud. My favorite thing was actually the property host. Steve was super kind and cool and responded to every question. I'm local so the location was good in case i had to run home for something. Overall we had a great time. "

"It was perfect for us! I drove up from VA, My son and family drove up from MD, my daughter and family drove over from Indianapolis, and my kids' mom flew in from Myrtle Beach. So, there were 13 of us and 2 Golden Doodles! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us! The space was awesome as was the kitchen, butler's pantry, and dining room! We could all fit at the dining room table! We had a great 4 days there! "

"We really loved this house! Beautiful view of the lake, quiet neighborhood, good access to nearby shopping. The house is in great shape, extremely well maintained. If you like clean, this is for you! We don't rent often so this was a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly helpful and always available. Next time in Cleveland area, we will be sure to book this again!"

"We only needed extra bedrooms and beds and did most of our activities with family in Chardon. This place was perfect! While the bed situation was a little different (a twin room and a twin bed on the upstairs landing), it is exactly what we expected based on the posted pictures. The house was clean, uncluttered, very comfortable bedsheets and towels, and coffee machines. Also, a nice sized living room and parking. Just what we needed! AND some good books and movies for those who had some extra...

"Communication for this stay was great from booking through checkout. The day of check in went smooth and the host followed up on the day of checkout to make sure we had enough time to check out. We did have an issue with the heating on the third floor the first night but once we advised the host he explained how to adjust the vents so it wasn't too warm up there. House was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone throughout the house. "

"Great place with good coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, televisions and good beds. We did run out of toilet paper and we had to fix the door handle to keep it working but minor issues compared to great rental overall."
