"We stayed here because of proximity to the airport and city of London. Everything went very well and everyone was very friendly and helpful. If we ever get the chance to return to London, we will consider this place again "

"Good checkin and consierge to our room. We called reception to ask how to turn up the heat as the room was cold. It didn’t work and we ended up putting the robes over us to keep warm. When we left this morning it was warmer in the corridor "

"The rooms were large for London and very clean. You will need to take the Hotel Hopper or public bus to get to the hotel. Food was good in the restaurant."

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds, and the in hotel dining is decent. It's quiet and well appointed and the price is very reasonable for the area. "

"Fantastic stay at the Dorsett Shepherds Bush we was upgraded to a beautiful suite on arrival. The hotel well was clean and well maintained. Staff were very attentive at the stunning bar and at breakfast where there was a great selection of lovely well cooked good quality food as well as fresh bread fruit and a great continental selection. Would stay here again as convenient for tube and shopping and easy to get cabs/busses/tube into heart London. "
