"Classic hotel that treats guests great."

"This hotel was under a remodel condition for the lobby, but they handled it well. The lower rating from me is due to the parking charge/service. The precheck-in and the internet stating that the charge was somewhere around $53/ day which I was prepared for, but the final charge was $66 and…we used the QR call up for the car with a 10 minute lead time..the car was not there and the attendant wasn't even aware we had sent the request. Please don't overcharge, then not even offer real valet...

"We like to stay here, anytime we have a concert/game at Climate Pledge, since it is only a short walk. Parking is under the hotel and secure, so we don't worry about our car being broke into. The staff is always friendly and helpful. "

"Historic and unique. Lobby is beautiful and welcoming to hang out in. Staff was all wonderful. We attended a concert in house which was nice. Location was amazing and walkable to pikes market, the waterfront, pioneer square, the great wheel, the aquarium and a short uber to the space needle.
