"1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. "We had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Luxury Apartments! The apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Having direct access to the pool was a great bonus. Mattias, the manager, was incredibly nice, patient, and helped us with all our requests. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Zell Am See!"

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. "Amazing property. Everything is so welcoming and fun for the children. We had a great time. The only downside can be rooms facing the street which can be a bit noisy. "

"We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and we were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist (David), who was super friendly, and gave us advice on what to do. Additionally you get the summer ticket as part of the stay which provides loads of discounts and counts for Public transport as well. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Balcony with a nice view, a heated swimming pool(albeit not so big) and well taken care of Sauna section. Breakfast was good, with multiple options, but as the place itself is not so big, neither are the eating options. Parking outside was good (did not see the garage), lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area, well connected (as wellas a small touristy area can be) and worst case is a 45 minute walk to Zell am see center. We enjoyed out stay and would come back for another visit"

"Lovely place and excellent facilities. Loved the pool and would come back even just for that it was also surprisingly quiet. All the staff especially the reception staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english much better than my poor german. The room was large, comfy and had everything we needed "

"This was our first time visiting Austria and we were not disappointed! As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. All local amenities are in walking distance, (snow lifts, walks up the mountains, local shops). Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy with ample space, two separate bathrooms was a welcomed surprise! We did the all inclusive option but there is plenty of utilities to do self catering if you prefer (oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc). Perhaps the only negative, but this is probably the case with all holidays, the all inclusive option was very good but the buffet did get a bit tedious towards the end. One recommendation for the hotel would be to improve their coffee and offer oat milk, but that is because we are coffee snobs. All in all this was such an amazing experience and would we come back……it’s a huge yes from us! "
