"Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We’ll miss our stay, and can’t wait to return someday. Also, the little black kitty became our friend! Excellent place!"

"We usually stay near the beach, but our daughter was graduating so we wanted to be closer to campus and we also had extra guests. This was a great place for what we needed! Very clean, great kitchen area, comfortable living area. Perfect for a stay for a UNCW family!"

"House was just as advertised! It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook...

"My family and I stayed here and appreciated the great communication with the host. The house was super clean, and the size makes it very easy to keep track of your belongings. We could come and go to the beach easily without paying the price of a beachfront property, and of course an outdoor shower is always nice to have! We felt very welcomed and cared for."

"Got to property and didn’t even check in, House is in good condition but every house around it is dilapidated. We felt very unsafe and like we were being targeted, I would not stay here and I’m very open and typically not a fearful person. This is not a good area and truly believe we had a chance of being robbed, my son overheard people riding by on their bikes talking about drug transactions. Not as advertise and very disappointing. Owner did not give us even a partial refund so maybe be sure...
