"No security lock. Drilled into the pressboard trim, and hanging by one screw because it was not secured into a stud. Multiple human hairs in the "clean" sheets. Hair in the corners of bathroom. Tile grout was BLACK with dirt. TV came on by itself while I was packing..I think neighbor's remote controlled it. Toilet seat wobbly and in need of repair"

"When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low. "Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access."

"Lovely, quiet location, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from the casinos. The house was cute, had plenty of kitchen prep space and a nice layout for the four of us. The backyard had a pergola and dining table near the grilling island, for outdoor meals, which we used much of the time. Nice garage parking-ideal to protect our vehicle from the Arizona heat.
