Tie up your boat to the private dock and enjoy your time at the river The local boat ramp is very nearby and also in the inlet and you can swim over to it from the dock which has a ladder to climb up. The water level in the inlet does fluctuate during the day and night. Home has stunning unobstructed Colorado river and Arizona Mountain vista views. Sit under the large covered patio or upstairs on the private balcony. A large 8 man jacuzzi is also on the covered patio in backyard. Quiet mornings can be spent just watching the birds. This property is on an inlet which allows for extra fun kayaking and swimming and paddle boarding. There is great fishing or feed the ducks on the private dock.
