House is nicely decorated and especially clean. Well stocked, comfortable and great access and view of lake. Quiet neighborhood. Host very nice. Older home with nice updates. Ideal location for boat owner to stay but we only fished (unsuccessfully) briefly from nice boat dock.

Lake Stay
House is Old but did need maintenance on the doors/screen doors. Grass was very high when we arrived, was mowed 3 days later. Enjoyed the Lake and Boathouseā¦..
We could not ask for a more perfect stay on the lake! House was extremely clean, well stocked and peaceful. Wonder boat dock and screened in porch. We will return soon! Hostess was excellent.
Great house for our needs. Clean, lake front, close to boat ramp and close to the city of Bullard.
Would definitely stay at this house on future trips to the lake.
My husband and myself need some alone relax time and this place did the trick. It was a nice, cozy, warm place right on the lake. We would definitely stay thee again. Close enough to towns if we wanted to get out, or need anything. Next Time we may bring our children..
Beautiful location , neighbors were really nice , the house was comfortable and the fishing was grreat , caught drum , hybrids, catfish , perch.
....great place wish we could have stayed longer.
Thank you for having us....God Bless
The house is very cozy, very well stocked with about everything you could need.Even night crawlers were in the frig @ boat dock. There were 5 of us women over 60. just what we needed to visit - relax! Back porch lite needs to be fixed..but other than that, we had a great 3 day stay. Thank you
The property was everything we were hoping for. The house, although older, was well kept and clean. The screened in porch was great for relaxing in the evening or coffee in the morning.
The highlight of the place was the boathouse and lift. We brought our boat but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate very well. With the boathouse, that was not a ploblem at all. We could sit lakeside and fish under the covering of the boathouse.
We enjoyed everything about the stay and would highly recommend for a couple or small family. One of the better highlights was the great and friendly communication from the property manager. Thank you for a nice experience and we will definitely be back.
We had two moms and our kids coming together for a few days for our annual spend time and make memories get together. There were 2 moms, 1 teen, 2 pre-teens, 1 9-year-old, a 4 yr old, and a toddler. We all had a wonderful time. There were plenty of different spaces with tables for older kids to play games on the covered patio and in the bedroom/game room. There was another table with chairs on the deck for the kids to eat and play after playing in the lake. There was another table and chairs down at the dock to eat watermelon and swim in the lake. The lake/bay area was perfect and quiet. We didn't have to worry about boaters. Our children kayaked and swam in the lake morning, noon, and night. The screened-in porch was just great for the mamas to sit and relax with a glass of wine and stay up way too late and enjoy catching up. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was great at communication ahead of time and we had no issues. She provided us with a home away from home. Thank you so much!
We were in town visiting my father in rehab in Bullard, just me and my 2 kids. We don't do well in a normal hotel room, because my boys don't sleep well sharing a bed. We could not find any hotels with a pull out sofa available. This vrbo was perfect for us, because we each got our own room and bed. A 2nd bathroom would be nice , but it had all l we needed. I appreciate the kitchen we get with a vrbo vs a hotel, so we can cook simple breakfasts and dinners and just eat lunch while out on the road. I really enjoyed sitting on the dock early morning and at sunset... and if it were not August, I would have sat out there more. My son played around in the kayak, just be prepared with solid water sandals because the lakebed is really mucky. The AC also worked well on the house , it was nice to come in and cool off. The host was very responsive and accommodating and respectful.
Clean, cute io-the-water cabin for couple of small family. Listing showed 3 Queen beds and one double but there was actually one queen bed and three twins. Hopefully they were already able to correct the listing. No Wi-Fi info provided.
