"This place is amazing for the price. Neighborhood near downtown, with friendly neighbors and a creek in the backyard. Place was clean and very homey. It had everything I needed during my stay and was the perfect place for my co-worker and I to stay during our business in town. "

"A beautiful spot right on the creek, so peaceful after a long day at work. Feels like you’re at a camp getaway with all the comforts of home. This is in a main neighborhood of Salem, but that was perfect for us. My teens loved the space and quiet and we really enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and fireplace. I’m sure the deck would get a lot of use in warmer weather. Beds are very comfortable. The condo is kind of old school and I really enjoyed that. "

Criticisms: Despite being told we’d receive check in instructions a week ahead & asking for them twice, we didn’t receive them till we arrived & upon arrival, learned that we were in a different unit than expected. "Suited us well: one married couple and one friend, so we took the larger master with bathroom while our friend took the smaller room with a bathroom across the hall. Open plan with large kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Great lighting with ample overheads and skylights. Stayton is a quiet little town, nothing fancy but perfect location to visit Silver Falls, Oregon Gardens, Silverton, Salem, wineries, etc. We discovered a bonus river walk along the Santiam River as well!"
